Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel

This hotel was fantastic, with great customer service and very clean rooms. The location was ideal, with easy access to the underground and a variety of restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Tower Bridge for a birthday celebration. The check-in experience was exceptional, with a free room upgrade, a bottle of wine, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a birthday card, cakes, and fruit in our room. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the evening wine offers were a nice touch. The location was the best I've experienced in the area, offering excellent value for money and top-notch service.

My recent stay at a hotel near Jamie's Oliver's restaurant and the river in a modern area close to London bridge was enjoyable. The service was exceptional; the room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. I particularly appreciated the convenient location and proximity to the river, as well as the ease of accessing public transportation and exploring the area.

The bath in the bathroom was poorly designed, and the water easily spilled out during a shower, causing the floor to become wet and slippery.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the heart of London, just a stone's throw away from Tower Bridge and the bustling Southbank. The hotel offered easy access to the underground, making sightseeing a breeze. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at one of the hotel's restaurants and appreciated the convenience of having various dining options right at our doorstep. a perfect spot to explore the city.

The only downside was the lack of a bidet in the bathroom, which would have been a nice addition.

As a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms with a connecting door, comfy beds, and lovely views. The staff at the hotel reception were amazing, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. We also appreciated the hotel staff for keeping hold of my daughter's toy and returning it to us. the hotel provided a fantastic experience for our group.

I had a great stay at the Hilton. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to visit. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bathroom even had a bathtub that I could actually fit in! The staff at the front desk were helpful and quickly resolved any issues.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant, although I couldn't afford to eat there regularly. Luckily, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I was impressed with the high level of customer service and the comfortable accommodations offered at this hotel.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay with my family. Loved the spacious and clean rooms, and the excellent room service. The hotel's central location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and the train station. the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. there was an issue with double payment, which required some time to sort out.
